Limited Warranty Policy

At 360 Phone Repair, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and parts. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, the duration of coverage, and the conditions for making a warranty claim.

1. Scope of Coverage

This policy applies to service repairs performed by our technicians, as well as parts and devices sold directly by our company.

A. Service & Repair Workmanship

Coverage: We warrant that all replacement parts installed and labor performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Standard Coverage Period: [30 / 60 / 90 Days] from the date of service completion or pickup.

B. Sold Devices & Hardware Components

Coverage: Pre-owned or refurbished devices and standalone parts sold are guaranteed against hidden mechanical or electronic component failures. Standard Coverage Period: [30 Days] from the date of purchase.

2. What Is Covered

  • Defective replacement screens (e.g., erratic touch response, display lines not caused by physical impact).
  • Defective replacement batteries (e.g., failure to hold charge, unexpected shut-offs).
  • Defective charging ports, speakers, cameras, or internal flex cables installed during service.
  • Direct failures of replaced components due to manufacturing or assembly defects.

3. Exclusions (What Is NOT Covered)

The warranty becomes null and void under any of the following conditions:

  • Physical Damage: Any subsequent drops, cracks, bent frames, pressure damage, or deep scuffs occurring after repair/purchase.
  • Liquid / Water Damage: Any exposure to liquids, moisture, corrosion, or heavy condensation.
  • Third-Party Tampering: Opening, servicing, or attempting repairs through an unauthorized third party or yourself after our service.
  • Software Issues: Operating system crashes, virus infections, bricked devices from unofficial software updates, or user account locks (e.g., iCloud/Google lock issues).
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Expected battery capacity degradation over time or superficial cosmetic scratches.
  • Unrelated Defects: New issues that develop in internal components that were not touched or replaced during the original repair.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Proof of Purchase

Bring the device to our store along with your original receipt, repair invoice, or order number.

Inspection

Our technicians will examine the device to verify that the reported defect falls under warranty and was not caused by external factors (such as drops or water exposure).

Remedy

If the claim is verified, we will (at our discretion):

  • Replace the defective part free of charge.
  • Re-repair the device at no extra labor cost.
  • Issue a store credit or partial refund if a replacement part is permanently out of stock.

Note on Repair Cancellations: If a customer chooses to cancel a service or transaction after work or parts sourcing has commenced, refunds are processed according to our standard company cancellation guidelines.
