Title of Goods: Ownership of the product(s) remains with 360PHONEDEVICES until the final installment payment is cleared and received in full. Default: Failure to meet the agreed-upon payment schedule may result in late fees, suspension of the device (if applicable), or repossession of the appliance/device as detailed in your specific installment agreement. 3. Repair Services As professional phone technicians, we strive to provide the highest quality repair services. Data Loss: While we take the utmost care with your devices, we are not responsible for any loss of data, personal information, or software during the repair process. Customers are highly encouraged to back up their data before submitting a device for repair. Parts: We utilize high-quality replacement parts. Unless otherwise stated, parts and labor are guaranteed for [Insert Number] days from the date of repair. Unclaimed Devices: Devices left at our repair facility for more than [Insert Number] days after notification of completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or sold to recover repair costs. 4. 360 Care Warranty Policy We offer our customers the 360 Care protection plan for eligible devices.
